Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is an Canadian actress best recognized for her role as the character of Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra, born of Italian heritage was born on the 31st October, 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia. From the age of eight Cerra has been fascinated by her love to act. She appeared in countless commercials as a child. Her break was brief from performing, only to return to it in 2001 at the age of 22. The actress was listed as one of the five most popular actresses in Vancouver by Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine in 2005. Cerra starred in Eureka the show, which was an Syfy show that aired between 2006 and 2012. Cerra played the role of Deputy Jo Lupo. Also in 2006 she starred in the music video of"Save the Last Dance for Me," a Michael Buble song Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra was a prominent character in many well-known and highly popular TV programs, such as Battlestar Galactica. She has also appeared in major film releases including Man About Town with Ben Affleck and Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerras face and body were used as the model to portray the character Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect series in video game. Additional guest appearances as a star include Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff as well as Dead Like Me. The other series on her list include her role in the Canadian Police procedural Cold Squad as well as the action series Special Unit 2 and the supernatural thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi noted that she had married Joey Scribner Howard, her sweetheart from high school who works as a mechanical engineer within the energy utilities industry. Khondabi stated that Joey and she first met in the classroom at Greenwood Christian School, and they remained close for several years before starting to meet as senior high school students. Howard graduated from Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, but Khondabi and he stayed friends. The two began dating. Khondabi is a graduate in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina and is also an 2007. Emerald High School Graduate. She's also a manager of entertainment and sports with a minor. Joey is also a graduate of USC. Liam the dog they have as a pet is the sole pet of the family. Khondabi said she believes that Joey as well as her are foodies. One of her favorites of her home town is the onion rings she ate by Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi posted, "I'm intrigued. When I was in elementary school, I used to conduct educational interviews which could be broadcast on the school's news show and also anchor the daily school headlines. Our news show was based at Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi states that after college, her first real job as a news reporter on TV was at WAGT Augusta Georgia. Khondabi told me she was on the news for six years. In the months following Augusta, my first job was as a journalist in the morning for WOWK Charleston West Virginia. The next place I went to was Columbus Ohio for work as a traffic reporter as well as host of morning news.
